I have suffered from insomnia since I was a child and have always wanted to construct a project based on it because it's a massive part of my life and who I am.
These images are 8 hour long exposures of me in bed and moving about. At the bottom of each one is a list of times I was awake that particular night. I made these lists in order to give the viewer (and myself) a better understanding of each image.
